Virtual training is basically the same thing as one on one or semi-private personal training. The key difference is virtual training requires no set schedule with me. It’s all done via email and this website, but the program can be molded to fit your schedule.
One on One Virtual Training

Phone communication and ongoing support throughout the week to help keep you on track and achieving your goals
Semi-Private Virtual Training (two or three people in the session)
Training at your home or a friends home using my virtual training system is also an option. You and your friends pay a discounted fee for the program and can set up your own mini-training sessions based on each other’s schedules.
