10 Low Carb Egg Recipes

10 Low Carb Egg Recipes

Eggs are among the most nutritious things you can eat. Eggs are full of vitamins, minerals, high quality proteins, good fats and various other nutrients. A large egg contains about 77 calories, 6 grams of quality protein, 5 grams of fat and only a trace amount of carbohydrates. For anyone embarking on a low carb diet, eggs are a great solution for breakfast menus or snacks. I keep boiled eggs in the fridge for a filling, quick snack on busy days or simply to knock out a craving.

The only problem with eggs is eggs can be boring. Frying an egg in a half teaspoon of coconut oil or scrambling eggs with a spot of butter can get old fast. The good news is eggs are far from boring if you use a little imagination and throw in some other nutritious foods.

I am always looking for healthy recipes. I try every recipe I post. While your taste buds and mine may differ, I am sure you can find a recipe here you will enjoy. Pick a favorite or try them all. Any way you look at it, these recipes are a great way to make eggs more exciting and limit the chances you will get bored eating eggs a few times a week for breakfast or any other meal you choose.
