Daily Reads For Writers #2

Ready for another Friday of great blogs for writers? I thought you might be. I handpicked these blogs from my list of blogs I read or follow.

Problogger: this is one of my favorite blogs. At first glance it looks more like a marketing blog than a blog for writers, but there are great posts on this site for everyone from copywriters to content strategist. I have learned something from every post I have read on Problogger.

Spine Breakers: I know this one sounds like a movie title for some horror flick, but you’ll be glad you visited this website. The site is all about teen books and their writers. Honestly, the site is far more than that, but it is hard to describe. I barely fits in the category as strictly for writers which is my goal for Daily Reads For Writers, but I think it makes the cut. Let me know if you disagree.

write it sideways: Full of great advice for writers. If you cannot find a post on this blog that helps you, there may be no help for you.

As an added bonus this week, I am including a link to a post from one of the sites listed above that changed my perspective on writing- in a sense at least.

Three Pitfalls of Foreshadowing

I truly hope you find these websites useful whether you write copy, fiction or just write because you enjoy it. Let me know what you think and what you learn. Feel free to link specific blog posts in the comments or share links to websites you would like to see included in Friday’s Daily reads For Writers.
