The first step to reaching your fitness goals is to make up your mind. Your mind sets the tone and tempo for everything you do in life. Your body will follow along if your mind is determined. Your age and current level of fitness have nothing to do with it. You have to want to change your mind, body and lifestyle. That’s where I come in.

It is hard to know where to start. There are hundreds of diets out there and ten times that many exercise programs. Finding the right program and staying motivated are not easy tasks especially if you are trying to do it alone. I will be your guide, your mentor and your motivator. I will help you define your goals and find an exercise program and nutrition program to carry you to and through your goals.

I’m not selling a book and DVD. The programs I offer are hands on programs tailored to your goals and needs. Training can be done in group sessions or one-on-one personal sessions – whichever works best for you and your goals.
